Vacation Rental Policy

Payment

A $500 refundable security deposit is due upon reservation.  A credit card number can be held for the refundable security deposit.  The rent is due in full 45 days prior to arrival.  

Restrictions

7 night minimum stay during peak season (June-Labor Day)
3 night minimum stay during off peak season (September-May)
No Pets allowed
No Smoking

Check In Time 3 pm

Check Out Time 10 am

Cleaning Fee of $125
